Production Line Associate Wage:
$18.00- $20.

6:00am- 4:00pm (Monday

Production Line Associate Responsibilities:
- Inspect wood planks and boards for defects, holes, and surface imperfections
- Fill holes, cracks, and minor imperfections using wood putty
- Smooth and press putty flat to ensure a consistent, high-quality finish
- Perform light quality assurance inspections to verify products meet company standards
- Tape boards together according to production specifications and work orders
- Handle, stack, and move wood materials throughout the production process
- Maintain production efficiency while ensuring quality standards are met
- Keep workstations clean, organized, and free of safety hazards
- Follow all workplace safety procedures and company policies
- Assist with additional production and assembly tasks as needed Requirements for
Production Line Associate:
- Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, or woodworking experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as needed
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Dependable attendance and positive work ethic
- Ability to frequently stand, walk, bend and reach
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally
- Repetitive use of hands and arms during production tasks
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to wood products and dust
