About the Role As a Production Machine Operator, you will play a vital role in our manufacturing success by ensuring high-quality output and efficient packaging processes. You will utilize your technical aptitude to manage equipment setups and maintain a seamless workflow, directly contributing to our team's ability to meet production targets. Responsibilities Execute product inspection and packaging tasks to ensure all items meet strict customer quality standards. Monitor machinery performance and collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly. Manage workstation preparation by organizing materials according to specific work orders and ensuring continuous supply availability. Support equipment changeover processes to minimize downtime and maximize operational efficiency. Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization within the production area to support safe and efficient operations. Document production data accurately by completing daily logs and operational paperwork. Participate in safety initiatives and adhere to all internal protocols to foster a secure work environment. Collaborate with the production team to assist with various tasks as needed to ensure shift goals are achieved. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation. Strong commitment to workplace safety and professional development. Eligibility to work in the United States. Preferred Skills Prior experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or industrial environment. Proven ability to follow complex technical instructions and standard operating procedures. Experience with quality control inspection and basic machine troubleshooting. Flexibility to adapt to changing production needs and schedules.
