About the Role We're looking for someone who is eager to roll up their sleeves, learn new skills, and take ownership of their work. This role is perfect for a self-starter who thrives in a hands-on environment, wants to continuously improve their performance, and is passionate about helping the company succeed. ? What You'll Do Learn to operate a variety of printing, stamping, and production machines (full training provided) Take initiative to ensure each project is completed on time and meets our high quality standards Proactively check for quality and accuracy during production Keep equipment and workspace clean, organized, and safe Support teammates and step in where needed to keep work moving smoothly Identify opportunities to improve processes and your own skills Take ownership of tasks from start to finish, ensuring the customer's satisfaction ? What We're Looking For Self-motivated and able to stay focused without constant supervision Committed to doing your best work and helping the company succeed Eager to learn new processes and equipment Able to work well in a team and communicate openly Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally. Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality ? Nice to Have (But Not Required) Production experience running printing and stamping equipment. ?
