Job Description

Shifts Available:
1st shift: 7:00AM - 3:00PM 2nd shift: 3:00PM - 11:00PM 3rd shift: 11:00PM-7:00AM The Production Assistant supports daily manufacturing operations by assisting production team members, preparing materials, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and helping ensure products meet quality and production standards. This role requires attention to detail, reliability, teamwork, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced printing and manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with production and finishing activities as directed. Prepare, move, and organize materials and finished products. Inspect work for quality and accuracy. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Follow established safety, quality, and production procedures. Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals. Perform other duties as needed to support the production operation.
Qualifications:
Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic. Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team. Strong attention to detail. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. Previous manufacturing or printing experience is helpful but not required.
