Job Summary Madison Graphics Company is hiring a Production Assistant to support our vehicle wrap and print production team. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced shop environment—ideal for someone who works hard, pays attention to detail, and wants to learn a skilled trade. We are a 3M Certified wrap shop known for high-quality work, strong processes, and a team-first culture. What You'll Do Assist with vehicle wrap installs and removals Prep vehicles (cleaning, masking, light disassembly/reassembly) Support print production (loading vinyl, trimming, laminating) Maintain a clean and organized workspace Help move jobs through production efficiently Work closely with installers and production team Requirements Reliable and shows up on time Strong work ethic and positive attitude Detail-oriented with pride in quality work Comfortable working with hands and basic tools Ability to lift 50 lbs and be on your feet throughout the day Team player who takes direction well Preferred (Not Required) Experience in wraps, signage, automotive, or hands-on trades Shop or warehouse experience Interest in vehicles, branding, or graphics Pay & Benefits Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) Opportunities for growth into installer or advanced production roles On-the-job training provided Work on high-visibility projects seen all over the city Why Madison Graphics We don't cut corners.
