Production Operator - 2nd Shift

flexible benefit account, paid time off, paid holidays, 401(k), employee discount United States, Wisconsin, Superior May 28, 2026 AMSOIL INC. is looking for a 2nd shift Production Operator to support the safe, efficient, and high-quality production of industry leading products. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, thrives in a team environment, and takes pride in safety and quality. This position reports to the AMSOIL center located in Superior, Wisconsin and the 2nd shift has core working hours of 2:30 PM to 10:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Occasional overtime/weekends may be required.
Core Responsibilities:
Promote a safe work environment and follow all safety procedures, including proper use or PPE. Responsible for the daily operation of production equipment. Work in a variety of areas including operating and monitoring equipment on a packaging line, assembling kits, and filling large containers with product. Use quality control standards to ensure packaging appears clean, straight, and filled to the correct amount.
Position Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent Must have reliable attendance and work ethic Willingness to operate a forklift (training is received on the job) Good communication and problem-solving skills Must be able to work as part of a team and be capable of self-direction Must have high attention to detail and desire to produce quality work Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time and repetitively lift for long periods of time Available Monday through Friday 2:30pm to 10:30pm each week and occasional overtime/weekends
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in a production or manufacturing environment Experience operating a forklift
Other Details:
Pay Type - Hourly Base Pay - $20.00/hour to $22.00/hour •Actual compensation is based on education, experience, and skillset.
