What You'll Do:

Assemble products using drawings and written instructions Operate hand and power tools (riveters, presses, testers, air tools, etc.) Set up jobs and make adjustments to support production Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met Document production activity and communicate any issues Support teammates and assist with training as needed Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Contribute ideas to improve processes and efficiency

Experience in assembly, manufacturing, or a hands-on production environment Ability to read and follow work instructions or basic drawings Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to stand for most of your shift Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
