• Set up, run, and maintain production equipment
• Load and unload parts and materials while protecting product quality
• Place items into forming ovens and check for accuracy
• Use hand tools and equipment like masking machines
• Remove and report any damaged parts or equipment
• Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality standards
• Assemble, label, clean, and package finished products

Manufacturing Associate Requirements:

• Lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Dependable team player who takes pride in their work
• Motivated and enjoy hands-on tasks and learning new skills
• Prior manufacturing experience is helpful but not required
