Graber Manufacturing, Inc is a family-owned company based in Waunakee, Wisconsin, specializing in high-quality commercial bike racks and site furnishings since 1989. Our team takes pride in creating durable, functional, and aesthetically pleasing products that support communities across the country.Position Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Manufacturing Associate to support our packaging department by packing finished goods for shipment. This role is critical to ensuring products are packaged accurately, securely, and efficiently to meet quality standards and customer expectations.Responsibilities:
Accurately pack finished products according to packing instructions, work orders, and shipping requirements. Inspect finished goods for quality, quantity, and proper labeling prior to packaging. Prepare products for shipment using boxes, pallets, protective materials, and strapping equipment as needed. Maintain an organized packaging area and ensure timely movement of completed orders to shipping. Verify part numbers, quantities, and packaging materials to ensure order accuracy. Coordinate with production and shipping teams to resolve discrepancies or shortages. Operate pallet jacks, carts, and basic material-handling equipment safely and efficiently. Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy by reporting packaging material usage and shortages. Follow safety procedures and standard operating instructions at all times. Contribute to a clean and efficient work environment through regular housekeeping and team collaboration.Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in a manufacturing, packaging, or warehouse role is a plus. Ability to read work orders, packing instructions, and shipping labels. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Basic computer skills and ability to use barcode scanners or inventory software. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
