Assist with general shipping duties including the removal of tape, preparation of units & weighing/packing a variety of product. Prepare SAP Shipments & assist in the paint/prep area. Assist in the unloading of incoming parts and product placement within Inventory. Assist in the pulling of parts from inventory in preparation of Gearbox and/or Motor Assembly.

Education:

High school diploma equivalent required.

Experience :

1-2 years preferred but not required. Forklift experience preferred but not required.

Skills and Key Attributes:

Ability to read and write. Basic math skills.

Physical Requirements :

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 10 hours/day. The primary role of the Production Utility Specialist is to act as a production floater between departments (based on business need). Primary job responsibilities will fall within the Shipping function, but employees may also perform Inventory, Motor/Gearbox Assembly Support and general labor functions associated with facility expansions.
