Production Associate- 3rd Shift

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Production Associate to join our team. This role involves supporting daily manufacturing and production operations in a fast-paced environment. The position requires working in close proximity to heavy machinery and equipment, with a strong focus on safety, attention to detail, and teamwork. No prior experience is required-comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided.

salary:

$46,592 - $51,500 per yearshift: Thirdwork hours: 10 PM - 6

Operate, monitor, and assist with production machinery and equipment Follow all safety procedures and guidelines while working near heavy machinery Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance tasks as instructed Load and unload materials and finished products Maintain a clean and organized work area Accurately complete production records and reports Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals

Work Environment:

Industrial setting with exposure to noise, dust, and moving equipment Non-temperature-controlled environment; may be hot in summer and cold in winter Requires standing, lifting, bending, and repetitive motion for extended periods

Qualifications:
