Job Description

No Mandatory Over- Time New hires are granted paid vacation, insurance benefits, holiday pay, and access to our on-site clinic after 60 days! Kolbe offers a relaxed and friendly work environment and offers training to those who do not have manufacturing experience.
Successful candidates possess the following:
Ability to work safely and follow safety requirements. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively and stand for 12 hours per day. Can perform duties in a number of departments or as needed. Operate manufacturing equipment, including pneumatic tools. Have a history of dependability and punctuality in the workplace and/or school. Possess basic computer and math skills.
