Job Description

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking dedicated Paint Line Production Helpers to join their team. As a Paint Line Production Helper, you will be an integral part of the production department supporting the painting and assembly processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

  • 20 per hour
Shift:
First Shift Mon-Friday 5am-1:30pm What's the Job? Load and unload parts from the paint line to ensure smooth production flow Assist with assembly tasks, including deck assembly and racking finished parts Inspect coated parts for quality and thickness using approved gauges Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment Follow safety procedures and report any quality concerns to supervisors What's Needed? Prior paint or coating experience is preferred High school diploma or GED required Strong basic math skills and good finger and hand dexterity Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a team environment Excellent attention to detail and self-motivation What's in it for me?
