For more information about Spiros please visit our website, www.spirosind.com. Job Description Spiros is looking for a Production Assistant, an entry level position, on 2nd shift. Responsible for performing a specific operation according to the work instructions. Tack board parts, pack parts at the machine, gage parts, handle parts at grinder, and perform visual sorting per instructions. Learn the Production Assistant duties and responsibilities. Learn the processes and procedures related to the job functions. Learn Spiros software systems related to the job functions. Work with teams to find improvements. Perform other duties as assigned.

Schedule:

Monday•Thursday 3:15pm to 1:45am (4 days/10hours). Overtime Friday 2pm to 7pm, if needed.

Jobs Requirements:

Good manual dexterity. Ability to work independently and follow work instructions. Ability to lift 40 lbs. 2nd Shift employees receive shift premium of $2/hr.
