Robbins Sports Surfaces is hiring Machine Operators and Production Workers to join our first and second shift production teams . About Robbins Sports Surfaces Robbins Sports Surfaces, LLC is located in White Lake, WI (approximately 20 minutes from Antigo). We are a full-time employer and the world's leading manufacturer of sports flooring, specializing in athletic facilities, gymnasiums, and professional basketball courts—including floors used in the NBA. Position Summary Machine Operators and Production Workers support daily manufacturing operations by operating production equipment and performing general labor tasks. This role is essential to maintaining quality, efficiency, and safety within the production process. While at least one year of manufacturing experience is preferred, we are willing to train motivated individuals who demonstrate a strong work ethic, reliability, and a desire to learn. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Operate or learn to operate a variety of production and manufacturing equipment Perform routine cleaning and assist with basic equipment maintenance and repairs Learn wood grading standards and perform quality control checks Conduct frequent inspections to ensure materials meet required specifications Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Assist with projects and other production tasks as needed Follow all safety policies and procedures Perform other duties as assigned Robbins Sports Surfaces is proud to offer a stable work environment, competitive benefits, and opportunities for growth within a family-oriented culture.
