Hiring a Production Worker in Inwood, WV Job Description Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Production Associate, where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the production line runs smoothly and efficiently. Medical, dental, vision and 401k plan Responsibilities Operate and monitor production machinery, including conveyors, packaging equipment, and assembly line machines. Ensure materials are stocked and readily available to keep the production line running efficiently. Identify mechanical or process issues and escalate them to maintenance when necessary. Perform machine setup, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime. Conduct quality checks and inspections during or after production runs. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions precisely. Collaborate with supervisors, maintenance, and team members to quickly address and resolve issues. Participate in lean manufacturing, 5S, or continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain familiarity with production KPIs, such as output rates, scrap, downtime, and efficiency. Work safely in compliance with OSHA regulations and plant protocols. Operate powered industrial equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and PIVs. Why Work Here?
