Job Description

Production Line Laborer Position Overview We are seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to join our team as Production Line Laborers/Disassembly Technicians. This position involves the disassembly of transformers and the use of various hand and power tools in an industrial production environment. Candidates must be comfortable performing physically demanding work, lifting heavy materials, and working in conditions where they may get dirty. Schedule Monday through Friday 1st
Shift:
7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Overtime available, but typically not mandatory
Pay Rate Starting Pay:
$13.50 per hour Required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) & Dress Code Steel-toe work boots required Jeans or durable work pants Long-sleeve shirt required No jewelry permitted Employees should dress appropriately for a dirty work environment and bring a change of clothes for before and after work Uniforms provided after 2 weeks of employment Hard hats and additional required PPE provided on-site Essential Job Duties Disassemble small transformers Remove and drain transformer oil Remove transformer coils and internal components Operate small hydraulic presses Operate small hydraulic shears Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively Follow all safety procedures and company policies Maintain a clean and organized work area Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications & Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift Ability to work in an industrial production environment Must provide and maintain personal hand tools Ability to safely operate power tools and equipment Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Prior manufacturing, production, or mechanical experience is a plus, but not required Breaks & Lunch One (1) paid 20-minute break One (1) unpaid 30-minute lunch break
