As a key member of our production crew, you will utilize your mechanical knowledge, technical proficiency, and hands-on skills to support manufacturing excellence from start to finish. Responsibilities Deburring and finishing machined production parts Laser engraving finished parts Maintain a clean, organized workspace following safety standards in production and lean manufacturing principles. Heat treating manufactured parts Collaborate with team members to manage production schedules, meet deadlines, and ensure smooth workflow on the assembly line. Requirements Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience is highly preferred but not required. Demonstrated mechanical knowledge with experience using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments. Strong manual handling skills with the physical ability for heavy lifting and manual tasks. Knowledge of safety standards in production environments, including safety protocol adherence and lean manufacturing practices.
