• About the Role
• We're hiring
• Production Operators
• to join our manufacturing team in Casper, Wyoming. In this role, you'll help produce high‑quality conduit products used in critical infrastructure projects across the country. This is a great opportunity if you enjoy hands‑on work, operating machinery, and being part of a safety‑focused team.
• What You'll Do
• + Operate downstream production equipment such as cutters, pullers, coilers, and packaging machines + Monitor product quality to ensure it meets Dura‑Line specifications + Perform routine equipment checks and basic troubleshooting + Complete production and quality documentation accurately + Assist with line changeovers and machine setup + Follow all safety rules and keep your work area clean and organized + Communicate effectively with operators, supervisors, and teammates •What We're Looking For•+ Ability to work 12‑hour shifts on a 2‑2‑3 rotating schedule (including every other weekend) + Comfortable working in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment + Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality + Ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods + Manufacturing or mechanical experience is a plus—but •not required•Job Type & Location•This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Casper, WY.

• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
