Production Assistant

About Pinebeach Pinebeach is a hands-on apparel and production shop focused on quality, detail, custom designs, and in-house production. We design, print, embroider, and produce everything ourselves. This is not an assembly-line job, you'll be part of the process and take pride in the finished product. Your Role This is a production-focused position. You'll work behind the scenes turning raw garments into finished products. You're expected to move with purpose, pay close attention to detail, and work independently when needed. What You'll Do Production Assistance Trim, finish, and inspect printed or embroidered products Apply vinyl to garments and assist with order production Operate heat press machines (training provided) Pull, organize, and prep jobs for production and pickup Fold, package, and stage completed orders Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient production space Production Specific Tasks (training provided) Assist with screen preparation for print jobs, including, but not limited to: Burning screens Placing separations onto headers Blocking out screens Setting up jobs for production Support post-production processes, including, but not limited to: Tearing down screens Removing tape and reclaiming screens Cleaning and stripping screens Filing separations properly Help organize inks, tools, and production equipment Maintain overall shop cleanliness and workflow Occasionally assist with basic retail coverage when needed Build a working understanding of the full screen printing process What We're Looking For Reliable
