Job Summary A growing manufacturing team in Camarillo, CA is seeking experienced Quality Control Inspectors for direct hire opportunities in a regulated medical device and manufacturing environment. • Inspect incoming materials, in-process products, and finished goods to verify quality and compliance.
• Perform quality checks, measurements, and testing throughout the production process.
• Document inspection results accurately and maintain complete quality records.
• Initiate and support Nonconformance Reports and assist with related follow-up activities.
• Review production paperwork, inspection documentation, and quality records for accuracy.
• Support corrective actions, continuous improvement efforts, and adherence to quality procedures. Compensation and Benefits

• 2nd

Shift:

$25.00/hour.

• 1st Shift schedule starts between 5:00 AM and 6:00 AM.
• 2nd Shift schedule starts at 3:00 PM.
• Multiple openings available.
• Immediate interviews for qualified candidates. Required Qualifications and Skills
• Inspect materials, work-in-process products, and finished goods in a manufacturing environment.
• Perform measurements and quality checks using inspection tools and documented procedures.
• Review production paperwork and maintain accurate quality documentation.
• Support nonconformance reporting, corrective actions, and quality improvement activities.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years of quality control inspection experience required.
• Knowledge of GMP practices and quality documentation required.
• Experience using calipers, rulers, gauges, and other inspection tools required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures accurately.
• Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or other regulated manufacturing environments preferred.
• Familiarity with nonconformance reporting and corrective action processes preferred.
• Experience working in a quality-focused production or operations environment preferred.
