This role is ideal for candidates with experience in: quality inspection manufacturing inspection electronic/mechanical component inspection medical device or regulated manufacturing environments The position involves inspection and testing of materials, components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures.

Key Responsibilities Perform:

visual inspection dimensional inspection functional testing on electronic, electro-mechanical, and mechanical components Record inspection and testing results accurately following SOPs and procedures Operate inspection and measurement equipment including: calipers gauges measurement tools testing equipment Document non-conforming materials and quality findings

Support:

First Article inspections GR&R studies data collection/trending quality documentation activities Maintain compliance with: Quality Management Systems (QMS) manufacturing procedures safety and quality standards Assist with process improvement and quality initiatives✅ Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required 1-3 years of quality inspection or manufacturing inspection experience preferred Experience in: medical device electronics mechanical manufacturing regulated manufacturing environments preferred Familiarity with: calipers micrometers gauges inspection tools Basic computer and documentation skills Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment Preferred Experience Medical device manufacturing FDA-regulated environments Non-conforming material documentation First Article Inspection support
