Job Description

About the Role We are seeking a meticulous Quality Assurance Technician to ensure our products consistently meet the highest standards. In this role, you will conduct rigorous testing, document results, and play a vital part in maintaining food safety and quality throughout the production process. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will directly impact our ability to deliver exceptional products. Responsibilities Perform standardized tests on in-process and finished products, ensuring adherence to specifications and regulatory requirements. Accurately document testing results and maintain comprehensive records for quality assurance purposes. Identify and isolate any product that fails to meet established quality standards, initiating appropriate corrective actions. Contribute to the troubleshooting of deficiencies and non-conformances, supporting continuous improvement efforts. Assist in the preparation of chemical and ingredient batches for production, adhering to strict safety and quality protocols. Calibrate laboratory and production line equipment to ensure precise and reliable results. Actively participate in plant teams, such as HACCP and Safety, to promote a culture of safety and quality. Qualifications Required Skills Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. Ability to work 12-hour shifts (days or nights) on a rotating schedule. Ability to adhere to GMP policies, including wearing company-issued attire and safety equipment. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Preferred Skills 2+ years of experience in a food or beverage manufacturing environment. Proficiency in food safety and quality assurance (FSQA) principles and practices.
