is a progressive and fast-growing international manufacturer of Patient Monitoring Systems headquartered in South Florida. We have been designing and manufacturing advanced medical systems for more than 25 years in Palm Beach County. Our proprietary products are for clinical health care markets in cardiology, intensive care, anesthesia monitoring, pediatrics, neonatology, emergency, and laboratory research. The Company's product lines focus on several different models and systems for each individual patient monitoring market. We continue to bring innovations to this market segments introducing technically creative products constantly. Digicare has a global presence, and its products are used in the domestic market as well as around the world.Position Summary:
The Quality Control Inspector is responsible for receiving, inspecting, tracking, and organizing all incoming materials, components, and supplies. This role ensures that materials meet quality standards and are properly stored, documented, and delivered to the appropriate production areas. The position plays a key part in maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting production flow, and upholding company quality and safety requirements.Responsibilities:
Incoming Material Inspection Inspect incoming materials, components, electronic parts, and supplies for quality, damage, completeness, and compliance with specifications. Verify part numbers, quantities, certifications, and documentation against purchase orders and packing slips. Perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspections using basic measurement tools (calipers, gauges, multimeters, etc.). Identify nonconforming materials and coordinate disposition or return with purchasing/quality teams. Document inspection results and maintain accurate records in the inventory or quality management system (QMS). Inspection & Testing Perform in-process, and final inspections of medical devices and components in accordance with approved specifications, inspection plans, and test methods Conduct functional, electrical, and visual testing using calibrated inspection and test equipment Verify product conformity against Device Master Record (DMR), drawings, and acceptance criteria Ensure all inspection and testing activities comply with ISO 13485 and applicable regulatory requirements Production & Workflow Support Ensure production teams receive correct materials in a timely manner to support on-time manufacturing. Assist in tracking material usage and reporting shortages or low-stock items. Communicate with immediate supervisor regarding material availability and issues. Maintain clean, safe, and compliant work areas according to company standards.Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical or warehouse training preferred. Experience in material handling, inventory control, quality inspection, or warehouse operations. Ability to read part numbers, packing lists, work orders, and technical documentation. Basic knowledge of inspection tools and material verification processes. Familiarity with ERP systems, inventory software, or QMS programs. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and teamwork skills.Key Competencies:
