Quality Assurance Associate Location:
Jacksonville, FL Schedule:
Monday-Friday, Pay Rate:
$25/hr We are seeking a Quality Assurance (QA) Associate to join our Operations team based in Jacksonville, FL. This role is a great opportunity for someone with a sharp eye for detail who thrives in a regulated warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Follow SOPs, Work Instructions, and other QMS documentation as directed.
  • Perform routine product inspections (incoming, first article, final, and special) and identify nonconformances.
  • Maintain Quality System Records for compliance and conformance.
  • Coordinate supplier corrective action activities and support special projects.
  • Track inspection report metrics and maintain Living Documents and Records.
  • Contribute to process improvements and lead investigations of nonconformances.
  • Support EQMS and Document Control activities.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in QA.( Quality Assuance)
  • 3-5 years of warehouse or distribution center experience.
  • Experience in Medical Device or Cosmetics industry a plus!
  • Familiarity with
ISO 13485, ISO 9001, OSHA
standards, and EQMS.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse inventory management systems.
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed.
