$25/hr We are seeking a Quality Assurance (QA) Associate to join our Operations team based in Jacksonville, FL. This role is a great opportunity for someone with a sharp eye for detail who thrives in a regulated warehouse environment.Key Responsibilities:
- Follow SOPs, Work Instructions, and other QMS documentation as directed.
- Perform routine product inspections (incoming, first article, final, and special) and identify nonconformances.
- Maintain Quality System Records for compliance and conformance.
- Coordinate supplier corrective action activities and support special projects.
- Track inspection report metrics and maintain Living Documents and Records.
- Contribute to process improvements and lead investigations of nonconformances.
- Support EQMS and Document Control activities.
Qualifications:
- Experience in QA.( Quality Assuance)
- 3-5 years of warehouse or distribution center experience.
- Experience in Medical Device or Cosmetics industry a plus!
- Familiarity with
ISO 13485, ISO 9001, OSHA
standards, and EQMS.- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse inventory management systems.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed.
