$22.37 - $27.84 Position Overview The Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Technician will support manufacturing operations with a primary focus on In-Process Control (IPC), Visual Inspection (VI), batch documentation, and packaging activities . This individual will help ensure injectable pharmaceutical products are manufactured, inspected, documented, and packaged in accordance with cGMP requirements and established SOPs . This is a hands-on position within a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment and is well suited for someone with previous GMP/GLP manufacturing experience , particularly with injectable or parenteral drug products. Key Responsibilities Perform In-Process Control (IPC) activities during pharmaceutical filling operations to verify product quality and compliance. Conduct detailed visual inspections of filled units to identify defects and ensure products meet established quality standards. Perform accurate labeling, sealing, and final packaging of completed batches. Perform routine and special product sampling activities. Review batch records and manufacturing documentation for accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance. Ensure manufacturing activities are performed according to cGMP requirements, SOPs, and established procedures . Perform routine equipment calibrations and help maintain equipment and facilities in a compliant state. Develop, review, and update SOPs, forms, and quality-related documentation . Assist with training employees on manufacturing processes, procedures, and compliance requirements. Maintain quality records, prepare reports, and provide operational or analytical updates. Monitor inventory and place material or supply orders through SAP/ERP systems . Initiate and support quality events and change processes when necessary. Coordinate daily priorities to ensure production requirements and deadlines are achieved. Qualifications Previous experience within pharmaceutical manufacturing or another GMP/GLP-regulated environment . Experience with the manufacturing of parenteral/injectable products is highly preferred. Familiarity with cGMP requirements and SOP-driven manufacturing environments . Experience working with ERP systems ; SAP experience is beneficial. Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately complete and review documentation. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented manufacturing environment. Reliable, flexible, and willing to learn new processes. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet production deadlines. Ability to perform the physical requirements associated with a hands-on manufacturing position.
