Quality Control Analyst Bachelors of Science with minimum 1 year experience. Perform analytical method development including performing experiments and studies towards the development of analytical testing methods for chemical entities and their forms (formulations). Analyze testing with pharmaceutical formulations containing peptides, proteins and controlled substances. Work with Waters® HPLC and UPLC systems with detectors including CAD. Run and troubleshoot Agilent® Gas Chromatography System (Mfg. Agilent®) and Perkin Elmer Plate Reader Work with Thermo ICP-OES Heavy Metal Analysis and Particle size determination/characterization using Beckman, Malvern and/or Microtrac Particle Size Analyzer Develop and write Quality Control Methods specific to active pharmaceutical ingredients and chemical entities. Coordinate with Production team for in-process testing of pharmaceutical products. Review QC laboratory data for validity and accuracy according to cGMP standards.
