Environmental & Utility Monitoring:

Perform routine EM and sample critical utilities (water systems and process gases).

Analytical Testing:

Analyze water samples (TOC, Conductivity, Bioburden, Endotoxin) and test process gases (Particulates, Viable Air, Hydrocarbons, Dewpoint).

Core QC Testing:

Support mRNA production by executing bioburden, sterility, endotoxin, culture purity, and cell stock identity testing.

Lab Support & Quality Systems:

Support equipment maintenance, write/revise SOPs, execute data entry using GDP, and assist with deviation/excursion notifications.

Qualifications & Transfers:

Participate in equipment/method qualifications, validations, and method transfers as needed.
