Accepting Candidates About the role Join a Quality Control (QC) team supporting internally manufactured stem-cell and genetically modified programs. Perform analytical testing and documentation for in-process, release, and stability samples in a cGMP environment. Key Responsibilities Perform flow cytometry , cell counting , cell culture , sterility (BACT) , endotoxin (LAL) , and visual inspection testing. Perform technical reviews of raw data and maintain accurate laboratory records. Record test results in electronic systems/LIMS and maintain required documentation. Support analytical method troubleshooting and Quality Events, including Deviations and OOS . Perform general laboratory and equipment maintenance . Ensure testing activities follow cGMP/cGDP requirements. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry , or related scientific field. Relevant experience in the GMP pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical industry . Hands-on laboratory experience with flow cytometry and multiple QC methodologies. Experience with LIMS/electronic lab notebooks and electronic instrument software. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work effectively within a team. Ability to work Wednesday-Saturday, 9:30 PM-8:00 AM on-site. Compensation (MA Pay Transparency): Estimated hourly range: $40-$55/hr (W-2) . Sr.

Associate:

$40-$45/hr (1-3 years' experience).

Specialist:

$45-$50/hr (4-6 years' experience). Sr.

Specialist:

$50-$55/hr (6+ years' experience). Final level and rate will be based on relevant skills, experience, and interview results.
