Job Description

  • Quality Inspector - 1st Shift
  • Schedule:
  • 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM + Overtime

  • What You'll Do
  • + Inspect
  • incoming PCBAs and electronic components
  • for quality and compliance + Perform
  • microscope inspections
  • (solder joints, wiring, board integrity) + Use
  • precision tools
  • : calipers, micrometers, gauges, CMMs, vision systems + Compare parts to
  • blueprints, drawings, and specifications
  • + Identify and document
  • defects & non-conformances
  • in QMS systems + Review
  • travelers, conformance reports, and inspection documentation
  • + Support
  • final inspections
  • and overall quality processes + Partner with production teams in a
  • cell-based environment
  • + Contribute to
  • continuous improvement initiatives
  • What We're Looking For
  • + 2-3+ years of
  • quality inspection experience
  • (electronics or mechanical) + Strong experience with
  • PCBA / circuit board inspection
  • + Comfortable working
  • under a microscope for detailed inspections
  • + Skilled with
  • inspection tools
  • (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.) + Ability to
  • read blueprints and technical documentation
  • + Experience documenting results in
  • QMS, Excel, or similar systems
  • + Sharp eye for detail and ability to
  • identify defects accurately
  • Nice-to-Have (Big Plus!)
  • + IPC 610/620 certification (current or past) + Experience with
  • CMMs, MicroVues, or vision systems
  • + Experience in
  • medical device or electronics manufacturing
  • + Familiarity with
  • cell-based production environments

  • This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Paul, MN.
  • Pay and Benefits
  • The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may besubject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefitsavailable for this temporary role may include the following:
