Job Description Job Duties:
  • Develop, implement, and maintain the project-specific Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan ( QASP ) in compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations ( FAR ), Construction Quality Management ( CQM ) requirements, and contract specifications.
  • Perform daily quality inspections and document work progress to ensure materials, workmanship, and methods meet required standards.
  • Oversee construction contractor's Quality Control meetings (Preparatory, Initial, and Follow-Up) with project stakeholders and subcontractors.
  • Review and approve submittals, shop drawings, and materials to verify conformance with design specifications and project requirements.
  • Coordinate with field supervisors, project managers, and government representatives to address non-conformances, corrective actions, and quality-related issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed quality documentation, including inspection reports, test results, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and corrective action logs.
  • Collaborate with safety and project controls teams to ensure integrated compliance with quality, safety, and schedule requirements.
  • Verify that all testing and inspection activities are performed by qualified personnel and approved laboratories.
  • Participate in project meetings, audits, and final inspections to verify completion and acceptance criteria are met.
