The Opportunity As a Quality Control LIMS Coordinator, you will be the go-to expert for our Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS). You'll maintain and enhance the system that underpins our quality control operations — managing master data, building workflows, integrating instruments, and empowering your colleagues through training and support. This is a high-impact, technical role with visibility across the organization. What You'll Do Manage LIMS master data, workflows, reports, and instrument integrations — including troubleshooting, updating, creating, and testing Execute and coordinate testing, verification, and validation associated with LIMS updates Partner with IT to manage LIMS enhancements and periodic system upgrades Maintain departmental work instructions related to LIMS Provide user support and training to staff across the organization Identify opportunities to enhance LIMS workflows and lead their implementation Communicate relevant LIMS functionality updates and issues to management and appropriate personnel Serve as the organization's subject matter expert on LIMS functionality What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in a science or computer-related field Minimum -3-5 years of experience with a LIMS Experience with Power BI preferred Strong computer skills and technical ability to quickly develop proficiency with new programs Excellent planning, communication, and problem-solving skills A proactive, accountable mindset with strong attention to detail Why Streck?
