Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Control Inspector to join our manufacturing team. In this vital role, you will ensure that all products meet rigorous quality standards and comply with industry regulations. Your keen eye for detail and strong analysis skills will help maintain the integrity of our products, uphold safety standards, and support continuous improvement initiatives. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-quality manufacturing processes in a dynamic environment committed to excellence. Responsibilities Prepare documentation and standards before production starts, including: Check line clearance before starting production. Verify components against the work order and Bill of Materials (BOM). Compare the batch ticket with the work order and verify formula, color, texture, odor, etc. Correctly review and apply F&A instructions, weight sheets, day codes, and standards. Review the First Article (FAI) with the Line Leader and maintain the signed unit in QC retains. Prepare, update, and store approved standard samples for use as reference in new production batches.
Perform inspections and sampling:
Inspect pieces periodically according to the QC plan and record results in the corresponding report. Take samples for laboratory testing (Micro, Assay & COA), customer, and quality retains; label correctly and record in the control log. Verify compliance with filling and assembly procedures according to F&A instructions. Work in coordination with Production and QC supervisors to resolve issues and prevent downtime. Report unsafe conditions or incidents in the work area. Participate in cross-training within the Quality Department to perform inspector duties across different production areas. Follow all SOPs, GMP, GDP, and safety requirements while performing tasks. Report unsafe conditions or incidents immediately. Qualifications Ability to perform assigned inspection and sampling tasks following F&A instructions. Relevant experience in production, filling, assembly, or inspection. Experience in GMP environments preferred. Completion of GMP/GDP and role-specific trainings. Computer skills in Word, Excel, and other relevant systems (SAP/WebTools). Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Intermediate math skills. Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work with minimal supervision. Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills. Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.
