Job Description

Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Control Inspector to join our manufacturing team. In this vital role, you will ensure that all products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance. Your keen eye for detail, combined with your technical expertise, will help uphold our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and vision inspection systems. Utilize advanced quality systems and tools like Calypso, coordinate measuring machines (CMM), and data collection software to analyze product conformity. Perform regular quality audits in accordance with
ISO 9001, ISO 13485, FDA
regulations, and HACCP standards to ensure compliance across all manufacturing processes. Document inspection results accurately and maintain detailed records for traceability and continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with manufacturing teams to identify root causes of quality issues and implement corrective actions aligned with CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) and quality management principles. Support internal and external quality audits by providing necessary documentation and insights into quality assurance procedures. Assist in maintaining compliance with regulatory standards such as FDA regulations and ISO standards through ongoing monitoring and process validation. Qualifications Proven experience in quality control or quality inspection within a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of quality systems including
ISO 9001, ISO
13485, CGMP, and HACCP standards. Proficiency with precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, vision inspection systems, and coordinate measuring machines (CMM). Familiarity with industry-specific regulations like FDA requirements for medical devices or food safety standards. Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret data accurately and identify deviations from specifications. Experience conducting quality audits and implementing corrective actions to improve product quality. Strong communication skills for documenting findings clearly and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
