Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic quality assurance team as a Quality Control Inspector, where your keen eye and meticulous attention to detail will ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. In this vital role, you will be responsible for inspecting, testing, and verifying manufacturing processes and finished goods to uphold compliance with industry regulations and internal quality systems. Your proactive approach will contribute to continuous improvement, customer satisfaction, and the overall success of our manufacturing operations. Duties Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and vision inspection systems. Utilize advanced quality management tools like Calypso software and coordinate measuring machines (CMM) to gather accurate data for analysis. Perform detailed quality audits in accordance with
ISO 9001, ISO 13485, FDA
regulations, and other applicable standards to identify deviations and ensure compliance. Implement and monitor HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) and CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) protocols within manufacturing processes. Collect, analyze, and document inspection data meticulously to support root cause analysis and corrective actions. Collaborate with manufacturing teams to address quality issues promptly, ensuring adherence to quality systems and continuous improvement initiatives. Assist in training team members on quality inspection procedures and proper use of precision measuring instruments. Qualifications Proven experience in quality control or quality assurance within a manufacturing environment, preferably in regulated industries such as medical devices or pharmaceuticals. Strong knowledge of
ISO 9001, ISO 13485, FDA
regulations, HACCP, CGMP, and quality management principles. Proficiency with calibration tools including calipers, micrometers, vision inspection systems, and other precision measuring instruments. Familiarity with Calypso software for data collection and analysis is highly desirable. Excellent analysis skills with an eye for detail; ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately. Experience conducting quality audits and implementing corrective actions to improve product quality. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate across departments and document inspection findings clearly. Pay:
$22.44 - $26.00 per hour
