$20.00•$22.00 / hour (based on experience)

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Inspection & Testing:
Perform in-process and final visual inspections of components and finished assemblies against engineering drawings and blueprints.
Compliance & Quality:
Maintain Device History Records (DHRs), report non-conforming materials (DMRs), and track inspection metrics.
Precision & Safety:
Verify equipment calibration status, use dimensional measuring tools, and follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Experience:
1-2 years in quality inspection, medical device assembly, or manufacturing.
Math & Analytical Skills:
Proficient in basic math calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
Communication & Tech:
English language skills (verbal/written) and basic computer proficiency.
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Perform in-process and final inspections across production lines using engineering drawings, blueprints, and dimensional measuring tools.
Documentation & Compliance:
Maintain Device History Records (DHRs), report nonconforming materials (DMRs), log inspection metrics, and adhere strictly to GMP guidelines and safety regulations.
Equipment & Station Maintenance:
Verify calibration status of critical instruments, prepare retain samples, and keep work areas clean (5S principles).
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Math & Analytical Skills:
Proficient in basic math calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) and precision measuring.
Communication & Computer Skills:
Excellent English language skills (speaking, reading, writing) and basic computer proficiency to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
Technical Aptitude:
Able to read specifications, procedures, and basic blueprints with exceptional attention to detail.
Education & Experience Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Experience:
1-2 years in quality inspection, medical assembly, or manufacturing (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
