Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced professional to contribute analytical expertise for a leading bioanalytics laboratory team. Our team is dedicated to ensuring quality and regulatory compliance through robust testing and documentation of in-process, release, and stability samples using advanced laboratory methodologies.

Responsibilities:

Conduct laboratory testing on in-process, release, and stability samples using HPLC/UPLC, capillary electrophoresis, and general chemistry methods. Generate complete, accurate laboratory documentation utilizing electronic systems and laboratory notebooks, ensuring compliance with cGMP and regulatory requirements. Perform review and approval of assays, documents, and records while supporting continual improvement initiatives and identifying quality, compliance, supply, and safety risks. Maintain laboratory standards through general housekeeping activities, completion of required training, and participation in laboratory investigations as directed by management.

Required:

Master's degree; or Bachelor's degree with 2 years of quality experience; or Associate's degree with 6 years of quality experience; or high school diploma/GED with 8 years of quality experience. Experience in HPLC/UPLC, capillary electrophoresis, and general chemistry methodologies including Appearance, Color, Clarity, pH, Osmolality, Polysorbate, Protein Concentration, and Sub-Visible Particle testing (1-2 years preferred). Demonstrated experience in laboratory investigations, method validation, audits, and QC processes. Proven ability to interpret scientific data, prioritize multiple tasks, and work effectively with minimal supervision.
