Stabil Drill is currently seeking a Quality Control Inspector to join our team in Midland, TX.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Inspect connections and other in-process machining of tools. Use, maintain, and assist in calibration of all measuring equipment. Complete all required inspection documentation for inspected products. Ensure awareness of, and compliance with, relevant company/customer QHSE requirements. Perform other duties as required by Supervisor.
Education/Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent general education degree (GED) preferred. Minimum of two years quality experience. Equivalent combination of experience and/or training
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Ability to use simple math skills. Basic knowledge of using precision measuring instruments. Able to read documents/blueprints. Must be detail precision orientated. Current knowledge of equipment, materials, and practices used in the inspection trade. Complete tasks and follow oral and written instructions with minimal supervision. Good communication and troubleshooting skills. Accurately complete/maintain necessary reports/records in a timely and legible manner, in accordance with applicable procedures and/or work order.
