Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Control Specialist to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that products meet stringent quality standards and comply with industry regulations. Your expertise will support the delivery of high-quality products through rigorous inspection, testing, and adherence to quality management systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong analysis skills, familiarity with quality assurance protocols, and experience working with precision measuring instruments in a manufacturing environment. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and uphold the integrity of our quality systems. Duties Conduct comprehensive quality inspections using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and vision inspection systems to verify product specifications. Perform routine quality audits in accordance with
ISO 9001, ISO
13485, and other relevant standards to ensure compliance across all processes. Utilize calibration tools and coordinate measuring machines (CMM) to assess dimensional accuracy and product consistency. Collect and analyze data related to product quality, identifying trends and areas for process enhancement. Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements including FDA regulations, HACCP standards, and CGMP guidelines during manufacturing and quality control activities. Support the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems by documenting inspection results and non-conformance reports. Participate in root cause analysis for defects or deviations, collaborating with production teams to implement corrective actions. Assist in preparing for external audits by maintaining accurate records of quality inspections and compliance documentation. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing manufacturing processes and elevating product quality. Qualifications Proven experience in quality control or quality assurance within a manufacturing environment, preferably involving medical devices or regulated industries. Strong knowledge of
ISO 9001, ISO 13485, FDA
regulations, HACCP, CGMP, and related standards. Proficiency with calibration tools such as calipers, micrometers, and vision inspection systems. Familiarity with coordinate measuring machines (CMM) and other precision measurement instruments. Experience conducting quality audits and data collection for analysis purposes. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical data accurately. Knowledge of quality management principles and systems integration within manufacturing processes. Effective communication skills to collaborate across departments and document findings clearly.
