Conduct regular Quality Assurance inspections of cleaning services provided by the custodial staff. Identify and recommend corrective actions to ensure quality standards are consistently met. Track, analyze, and report data on quality control performance to identify trends and areas for improvement. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal team members. Manage and oversee Quality Assurance projects, ensuring adherence to established quality standards and timelines. Supervise and support Quality Control Inspectors/Technicians, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations. Conduct training sessions to ensure custodial staff follows best practices and established quality control protocols. Stay informed about industry trends, new cleaning technologies, and regulatory requirements to continuously improve quality assurance programs. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations related to quality assurance. Responsible for conducting inspections and submitting Quality Assurance Reports to the Contract Monitor or designee. Must supervise the employees and accomplish inspections per the Quality Assurance Plan.
