Key Requirements:

Fluent in KoreanDo internal audits to quality systemEnsure completion of product and process audits are completed to pre-defined scheduleResponsible for all non-quality costsResponsible for full implementation of quality system manual, and compliance to the quality system manualResponsible to request and do quality system with revising with top managementResponsible to meet all customer requirements for product quality and reliabilityEstablish, plan, and communicate quality's short term and long term objectives in addition to quality system requirementsMaintain effective lines of communication at all levels within the company, solicit feedback and involvement of other departments to achieve the organizations goals and Customer quality requirementsEvaluate the audit compliance and effectiveness of the Business Unit manuals and operating procedures, according to quality systemInterface with customers and suppliers on quality related issues, including action plansValidate the root cause, determination of complaints, and effectiveness of corrective actionsVerify the use of appropriate control plans for parts manufacturing, according to quality systemParticipate in all the processes of the Quality Management SystemRepresent the customer in the Business Unit, in order to assure quality system and customer satisfactionBachelor's degree in Quality, Engineering, Management, or similarMBA or advanced degree is a plusMinimum of 5 years experience of Supervisory or Quality managementExperience in manufacturing environments
