Job Description

Ajin USA is seeking an experienced Quality Control General Manager to lead quality operations in a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
Maintain and improve Quality Management Systems (QMS) Lead internal and external quality audits Manage customer quality concerns and corrective actions Develop quality strategies and continuous improvement initiatives Monitor quality performance and reduce quality-related costs Supervise and develop quality department personnel Ensure compliance with automotive quality standards and customer requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required 15+ years of quality management experience in manufacturing environment
ISO/TS 16949
Internal Auditor certification required Experience with SPC, MSA, FMEA, and Control Plans Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Automotive manufacturing experience preferred Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply.
