Job Description
The Quality Assurance Manager leads all quality programs, testing processes, and compliance efforts for design and production. This role ensures products meet industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal performance expectations while driving continuous improvement across manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain teams. This position works a Monday- Thursday 10 hour day shift position with salary BOE and full benefits package offered Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field or 5+ years in a quality leadership role within manufacturing (automotive, heavy equipment, or industrial machinery preferred).
