About the Role The Senior Manager, Quality leads quality systems and day‑to‑day quality operations to ensure products and processes meet established standards and regulatory requirements. This role manages and develops the quality team, overseeing quality assurance and control activities while supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the facility. The position works closely with operations and engineering leaders to maintain compliance, improve product reliability, and support consistent, effective execution of quality expectations. What You'll Do Quality Leadership & System Management Provide strategic input into quality priorities and improvement plans to ensure alignment with operational goals and customer requirements. Own overall quality performance across manufacturing operations, ensuring consistency with standards and specifications. Lead development and maintenance of quality management systems aligned with ISO and company requirements. Establish quality objectives, metrics, and reporting processes to monitor performance and drive accountability. Oversee inspection processes, testing procedures, and quality assurance activities across production. Ensure alignment between engineering, production, and quality requirements to support product integrity. Drive standardization of quality processes, procedures, and documentation across the facility. Team Leadership & Performance Management Lead cross‑functional quality initiatives involving operations, engineering, supply chain, and leadership to resolve systemic issues and drive sustainable improvements across the organization Lead, develop, and manage quality engineers, technicians, and inspection personnel across operations. Establish performance expectations and monitor team effectiveness against quality and operational goals. Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to build team capability and performance. Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the quality team. Coordinate workload distribution and resource planning to support operational needs and priorities. Partner with cross-functional leaders to ensure alignment on quality objectives and initiatives. Compliance, Audits & Continuous Improvement Ensure compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies across operations. Lead internal and external audits, including preparation, execution, and follow-up on audit findings. Oversee root cause analysis, corrective actions, and preventive measures to address quality issues. Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing defects, waste, and process variability. Monitor key quality metrics and implement strategies to improve performance and customer satisfaction. Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and communication of quality performance and compliance status. Additional Expectation Remain compliant with the Code of Conduct and Policies which includes the Kingspan Group Compliance Policy. Ensure that all duties related to product compliance are adhered to in accordance with the Product Compliance Policy, Laws, Regulations, and market demands. Responsible for all tasks to achieve compliance goals and demands of the Compliance Management System. Must raise concerns related to the Compliance Management System to their supervisor, manager, or any member of the Leadership Team, or through the confidential whistle blower service. What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or related field required. 8- 12 years of experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment required. 4
- 6 years of leadership experience managing quality teams or functions required.
