Quality Control Supervisor

Job Summary Responsible for all functions of the Quality Control Department at Eakas Arkansas Corporation. Directs activities for the Quality Control Department to ensure timely delivery of quality parts to our customers.

Essential Functions:

1) Directly supervise all Hourly Quality Control Department Associates. 2) Write procedures for the inspection of manufactured/assembled parts - JIS and OGI's 3) Schedule and/or perform preventive maintenance and calibration of tools and equipment 4) Maintains a quality production program to ensure conformity of products to quality standards which includes receiving inspection, in process inspection, and final dock audit inspections. 5) Revises and updates the Quality Control Manual to incorporate statistical control programs. 6) Meets with company personnel to discuss and resolve quality problems as required 7) Visit the customers location regarding quality issues when required 8) Prepares necessary reports as required by customers and staff personnel. 9) Train New Associates and continuously train existing Quality Control Department Associates and maintain department training records for each Associate. 10) Approve Associate time clock punches daily to ensure accurate payroll completion. 11) Approve or Deny Associate vacation requests based on production requirements. 12) Respond to Associate issues within the Quality Control Department 13) Enforce and adhere to Eakas Arkansas Policies and Procedures to maintain a positive and orderly work environment 14) Participate in Facility Safety Inspections at least monthly and provide a safe working environment. 15) Participate on Accident Investigation Team when an accident, injury or illness occurs. 16) All other duties and functions as required, Toyota Supplier- PCR process, QPR/QIR process, work with team members on corrective actions 5 why 17) Understand and utilize

Pay:

$13.00 - $30.00 per hour
