This is an opportunity to step into a highly visible quality leadership role with a builder known for delivering some of the most complex and innovative projects in the country. We're looking for a construction professional who understands that quality starts long before punch lists. Someone who can identify risks during preconstruction, influence project teams throughout construction, and help drive a culture where quality is built into every phase of the project. If you have experience leading QA/QC initiatives, solving field challenges, and working closely with project teams to improve project outcomes, we'd like to speak with you.

Healthcare Mission Critical Hospitality Higher Education Semiconductor Large Commercial Construction Duties & Responsibilities:

Lead and support QA/QC initiatives throughout all phases of construction Participate in constructability reviews and identify quality risks during preconstruction Review submittals, RFIs, mockups, and critical installations Conduct field inspections and assist project teams with quality-related issues Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions Support building envelope and exterior systems including waterproofing, roofing, air barriers, sealants, and related assemblies Collaborate with project teams, consultants, architects, and trade partners to maintain the highest quality standards Track quality metrics and support continuous improvement efforts across multiple projects

Skills & Qualifications:

7+ years of commercial construction experience Experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Construction Management, Superintendent, or Project Management roles Strong understanding of commercial construction means and methods Building envelope, waterproofing, roofing, or exterior systems experience preferred Experience identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving field quality issues Strong communication and leadership skills Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred USACE, NAVFAC, ICC, CQE, CQT, or similar quality certifications are a plus Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. Tiello LLC is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
