Direct Hire Overview A well-established, family-owned Design-Build construction firm is seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager (QCM) to support an active military project at MCAS Yuma. This role offers the opportunity to contribute toplex federal projects such as aircraft hangars, barracks, andmand facilities. Key Responsibilities Oversee all project quality management functions to ensure safe,pliant, and efficient execution. Develop, implement, and maintain project-specific Quality Control Plans (QCPs) and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs). Lead and document the

USACE Three Phases of Control:

Preparatory, Initial, and Follow-Up inspections. Manage submittals, shop drawings, material approvals, and as-built documentation to ensure contractpliance. Interpret plans, specifications, and contract documents to establish quality requirements and inspection procedures. Coordinate inspections, maintain accurate quality records, and ensure timely reporting. Partner with site safety leadership to supportpliance with all safety standards and regulations. Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience in vertical construction, serving as a Superintendent, QC Manager, Project Manager, Project Engineer, or Construction Manager onparable projects. 2+ years of dedicated experience as a Quality Control Manager. requirements, including hazard analysis, safetypliance, and sustainability practices. Current certification in Construction Quality Management (CQM) for Contractors. Preferred Qualifications Experience on large-scale ground-up military, federal, or Department of Defense (DoD) projects. Familiarity with Procore or similar construction document control platforms. Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $132,000 - $155,000 annually (Final offermensurate with experience, skills, and qualifications.)
