Full Job Description Experience:
Manager Salary:
$115,000•$145,000 per year Job Details•Develop, implement, and continuously improve the QMS in compliance with IATF 16949 and
ISO 9001
Lead the internal and external audit program Manage CAPA processes end-to-end and ensure timely resolution of quality issues Present QMS metrics at quarterly management review meetings Own the customer complaint and corrective action systems; engage directly with customers on quality concerns Manage document control including SOPs, work instructions, and quality records Oversee ERP item planning, first articles, and PPAPs for new items Administer the calibration program and UL audit program Manage the Manufacturing Discrepancy Material Report (DMR) program Review Keyence and Bytewise 360 data to identify and resolve quality issues Oversee receiving, in-process, and finished goods inspection processes Partner cross-functionally on continuous improvement, root cause analysis, and quality policy development A bit about us:•We build the components that keep things sealed, protected, and performing — precision-engineered solutions relied on across automotive, industrial, and specialty applications.
