Full Job Description Job Title:

Quality Control Supervisor

•Incoming Inspection Responsibilities Prepare, review, update, and maintain standards and specifications for finished goods, components, labels, and raw materials. Ensure the timely inspection and release of raw materials, components, and finished goods to support production schedules. Perform incoming inspections of finished goods, components, and raw materials in accordance with approved specifications, standards, and procedures. Monitor and verify GMP compliance within production, compounding, and warehouse operations. Train and mentor QC personnel on incoming inspection procedures, GMP requirements, and quality standards. Supervise daily activities, workload distribution, and scheduling of QC incoming inspectors. Ensure calibrated and approved equipment is utilized during all inspection activities. Generate, document, and manage non-conforming material reports, and oversee the control and disposition of non-conforming materials. Maintain accurate and up-to-date QC Incoming Inspection Logs and Raw Material Release Logs. Release/ Hold products into Guru Nanda MRP system. Assist the Quality Manager in the development, revision, implementation, and maintenance of quality system documentation, including SOPs, forms, specifications, and test methods. Participate in investigations related to non-conformances, customer complaints, out-of-specification (OOS) results, and support the implementation and effectiveness monitoring of CAPAs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with cGMP requirements and continuous quality improvement initiatives. Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

QC Incoming Inspectors Skills/knowledge/Abilities:

Associate degree in Chemistry or Engineering, or a related scientific discipline preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in incoming inspection of finished goods, components, and raw materials within the cosmetics, OTC, pharmaceutical, or medical device industries, including at least 3 years of supervisory experience. Strong working knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and quality systems requirements. Demonstrated analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities with a strong attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across departments. Customer-focused and team-oriented professional with a proactive mindset and commitment to continuous improvement. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast

•paced manufacturing environment. Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to train, coach, and develop QC personnel.
