Quality Control Stability Coordinator iStaffing inc - 3.0 Buena Park, CA Job Details Full-time $19 - $23 an hour 3 days ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Qualifications Biology Teamwork Laboratory experience Data entry Time management Full Job Description Quality Control Stability CoordinatorPosition Summary The Quality Control Stability Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and monitoring stability studies to ensure products meet quality standards, regulatory requirements, and internal specifications. This role works closely with Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, and Laboratory teams to maintain accurate documentation, sample management, and testing schedules. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Coordinate and maintain stability programs for finished products, raw materials, and packaging components. Schedule and monitor stability sample pulls and testing timelines. Ensure all stability studies are performed in compliance with GMP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate stability records, logs, databases, and documentation. Review laboratory results and report any out-of-specification or unusual findings to management. Organize stability chambers and ensure proper storage conditions are maintained and documented. Assist with investigations, deviations, CAPAs, and change controls related to stability programs. Collaborate closely with Quality Assurance and laboratory personnel to ensure timely completion of testing. Prepare reports and summaries for management and audits. Support internal and external audits as needed. Ensure compliance with workplace safety policies and procedures. Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Life Sciences, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in Quality Control, Stability, or a laboratory environment preferred. Knowledge of
GMP, FDA
regulations, and laboratory practices. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent attention to detail and documentation practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry systems. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Pay:
$19.00 - $23.00 per hour
