This role works closely with Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, and Laboratory teams to maintain accurate documentation, sample management, and testing schedules. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Coordinate and maintain stability programs for finished products, raw materials, and packaging components. Schedule and monitor stability sample pulls and testing timelines. Ensure all stability studies are performed in compliance with GMP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate stability records, logs, databases, and documentation. Review laboratory results and report any out-of-specification or unusual findings to management. Organize stability chambers and ensure proper storage conditions are maintained and documented. Assist with investigations, deviations, CAPAs, and change controls related to stability programs. Collaborate closely with Quality Assurance and laboratory personnel to ensure timely completion of testing. Prepare reports and summaries for management and audits. Support internal and external audits as needed. Ensure compliance with workplace safety policies and procedures. Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Life Sciences, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in Quality Control, Stability, or a laboratory environment preferred. Knowledge of
